Il peut \u00e9galement arriver que vous ne voyiez qu&rsquo;un \u00e9cran partiel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solutions possibles<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25feVos \u00e9crans n&rsquo;ont pas tous la m\u00eame r\u00e9solution ou n&rsquo;utilisent pas la r\u00e9solution sugg\u00e9r\u00e9e (recommand\u00e9e).<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur votre bureau et s\u00e9lectionnez \u00ab\u00a0Param\u00e8tres d&rsquo;affichage\u00a0\u00bb. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement trouver ce menu via le Panneau de configuration. V\u00e9rifiez la r\u00e9solution de vos \u00e9crans et choisissez la r\u00e9solution recommand\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/scherm1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-629 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/scherm1-283x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"283\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/scherm1-283x300.png 283w, https:\/\/support.venice.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/scherm1.png 597w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 283px) 100vw, 283px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u25feVotre \u00e9chelle et votre mise en page ne sont pas \u00e0 100%.<br \/>\nSouvent, avec les ordinateurs portables, la mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de votre \u00e9cran est r\u00e9gl\u00e9e sur 125 %. Allez \u00e0 nouveau dans \u00ab\u00a0Param\u00e8tres d&rsquo;affichage\u00a0\u00bb et choisissez 100% .<br \/>\n\u25feVos param\u00e8tres Citrix sont incorrects.<\/p>\n<p>Allez dans la barre des t\u00e2ches de Windows et cliquez droite sur l&rsquo;ic\u00f4ne Citrix.
