Hiervoor verwacht ID-Soft een overzicht van alle boekingen, die gebeurd zijn op rekeningen 60 tot en met 75.<\/p>\n<p>Via een aangepaste lay-out van het grootboek kan u in <a title=\"Venice Boekhouding \" href=\"https:\/\/www.exact.com\/benl\/venice\/oplossingen\/boekhouden\">Venice Boekhouding<\/a> een dergelijk bestand aanleveren. Vanuit het Venice Hoofdmenu selecteert u het tabblad <em>Rapporten boekhouding<\/em>, groep <em>Details<\/em>, <em>Grootboek<\/em>, <em>Grootboek<\/em>. In het tabblad <em>Afdrukken<\/em> dient u de parameters als volgt in te stellen:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Hannah1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1477 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Hannah1.gif\" alt=\"Hannah1\" width=\"530\" height=\"470\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Druk op <em>Afdrukken<\/em>. In het vak <em>Lay-out<\/em> selecteert u de algemene variant <em>Export voor Hannah (ID-Soft )<\/em>. Kies bij <em>Type afdruk<\/em> voor <em>Afdruk naar bestand<\/em>. Via de knop <em>Opzoeken<\/em> kan u de naam van het bestand en het type (.txt) kiezen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Hannah21.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1482 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Hannah21.gif\" alt=\"Hannah2\" width=\"520\" height=\"507\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>U dient nu nog de opties in te stellen. Klik hiervoor op de knop <em>Opties<\/em> in het scherm <em>Afdrukinstellingen<\/em>, en stel de parameters in zoals in onderstaande schermafdruk.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Hannah3.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1484 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Hannah3.gif\" alt=\"Hannah3\" width=\"435\" height=\"419\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nu beschikt u over een exportbestand, klaar om in HannaH te importeren. Hoe u deze import dient uit te voeren, wordt u toegelicht door ID-Soft.<\/p>\n<p>De aangepaste lay-out kan u bestellen bij uw Exact C-Logic-verdeler ( kies vanuit het Venice Hoofdmenu voor tabblad <em>Documentatie<\/em>, groep <em>Contact<\/em>, <em>Info<\/em> verdeler) of bij de helpdesk van Exact C-Logic ( Kies vanuit het Venice Hoofdmenu voor tabblad <em>Documentatie<\/em>, groep <em>Contact<\/em>, <em>Exact C-Logic-Info<\/em> ).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Om vanuit Hannah een budgetplan te kunnen toetsen aan de re\u00eble situatie, is informatie uit Venice Boekhouding nodig.
