{"id":2946,"date":"2020-05-06T14:08:57","date_gmt":"2020-05-06T14:08:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/support.unit4venice.be\/nl\/?p=2946"},"modified":"2021-10-12T07:53:52","modified_gmt":"2021-10-12T07:53:52","slug":"bvba-omzetten-naar-bv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/index.php\/bvba-omzetten-naar-bv\/","title":{"rendered":"BVBA omzetten naar BV"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Vanaf de versie <strong>11.70 SP1<\/strong> in Venice is het mogelijk om een conversie te gebruiken waarbij zowel bij de klanten, de leveranciers en eigen firmagegevens de BVBA rechtsvorm wordt omgezet naar BV.\u00a0 Dat wordt gecorrigeerd in zowel het veld rechtsvorm als in het veld firmanaam. Ook de naam van het dossier zelf wordt bijgestuurd.<\/p>\n<p>Er werd hierbij aandacht geschonken aan verschillende zaken.\u00a0 Namelijk ook de firmanamen waar BVBA in zit worden nagezien en omgezet.\u00a0 Hier zijn enkele controle lijsten gemaakt zodat niet gelijk welke naam wordt omgezet naar BV. Stel dat uw firmanaam BVBAPEN BVBA is, dan zal Venice enkel de laatste BVBA omzetten naar BV.\u00a0 Idem BVBAPPEL, BVBAANBIEDING, &#8230; .\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/correctie6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2952 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/correctie6-300x104.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"104\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/correctie6-300x104.png 300w, https:\/\/support.venice.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/correctie6.png 701w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>U start de conversie als volgt:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kies het desbetreffende dossier waar u de conversie wenst te starten<\/li>\n<li>Neem een back-up VOOR u de conversie start<\/li>\n<li>Ontkoppel\u00a0 eventueel alle externe applicaties die de conversie zouden kunnen hinderen (maatwerk, SDK, Webconnect, &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Klik op beheer &#8211;
