Venice version 9.20

This topic describes the changes that were made to SDK when releasing version 9.20 of Venice.

Interface	Compatible	Changes

Custm		The method GetOpenAmounts now throws an exception when no financial years are present in the dossier.

Venice		A new method CreateUser was added to create a new Venice user and using the new method DeleteUser an existing user can be deleted.

Explanation:		New in this version.
		Modified, but compatible with previous version.
		Modified, but no longer compatible with previous version.
		Bugfix.
